All tenants over the age of 18 must apply separately.
There is a $50.00 background check fee for each individual over the age of 18.
All fields are required.
Applications will not be processed until the fee has been paid.
Accepted Tenants will be required to provide the following:
Copy of Driver's License OR Photo ID
Copy of Social Security Card
Non Refundable Deposit to Hold the Property
